Facial Exercise: Myth or Fact?

A patient came by the other day and told she was doing facial exercises to try to improve her neck sagging. So I got curious to see if there is any evidence that these exercise do anything positive. The only study I found that offered any evidence is an article in the Journal of Geriatric Dermatology cited by the manufacturer of Facial-Flex facial exerciser device.
